| Class are built around sequencing inspired by Kundalini Tantra Hatha Yoga practice, using the alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, and the integration of breath and movement and internal energetics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with deep inspiration from Andrey Lappa's Universal Vinyasa Yoga approach. Donation Yoga class descriptions are linked to within the schedule above. Yoga Flow classes vary in theme weekly somewhat, depending on the requests that you bring to the practice. Though practice will be quite physically challenging, the focus will tend to be on the inner work of yoga. Please bring your sense of humor! |
